At TShirt Choice we have a state of the art design studio which is staffed by a team of experienced graphic designers.
Our studio staff check all artwork submitted to ensure that it meets the specific requirements for printing your tshirt
designs. If for any reason minor changes are required, we will make these free of charge with your prior permission and provide an artwork proof via email for your final approval.
This service is free of charge to customers and potential clients .
We are able to create artwork for a nominal charge on small orders and free of charge on larger orders.
Artwork Files
Multi-coloured Screen Printing
We can accept artwork files in Illustrator (.ai or .eps), CorelDraw (.cdr) and Freehand (.fh)
in a vector format. The design should be converted to outlines (curves). Raster or bitmap image files are not suitable for multi-coloured screen printing..
What's the difference between vector and raster images?-
Vector images are made from a series of lines with information stored on
curves, points, and strokes or fills of colours. Raster images are made up
of a grid of pixels. We can see these individual 'squares' of colour in the
image when looked at closely.
Full Colour (Four Colour Process) Printing
For printing a photographic image we need a high resolution digital image of at least 300 dpi for quality print reproduction. A logo taken from a website is typically only 72 dpi and is unsuitable for printing use.
The following formats are ideal and listed in preference:
- Photoshop (layer separated)
- TIFF
- PNG
- JPG
- BMP
If you have any queries concerning supplying suitable artwork, please contact us and we will be able to advise on the requirements for your personalised t-shirts.
